Concierge orders involve many parties and therefore require special attention. Please make sure to strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

Be on time. Check carefully the order details, plan your itinerary in advance to make sure you are on time at the client location.
Never contact the client directly except to confirm that you are heading to pick-up/drop-off. If you have any problem with the order, if you have any question, if you are not in a position to perform the order you claimed for whatever reason - your only point of contact is the dispatcher team. You can reach the dispatcher by in-app chat or WhatsApp.
You will be entrusted with client's vehicle, so having Originals of Personal ID (NIC) and Driver License is absolutely mandatory. The client may request to take a photo of your documents when giving you the keys to his car.
As always, you should have a well-groomed appearance and clean clothes. Be polite, formal and respectful with the client.
Eating, Drinking or Smoking are strictly prohibited inside the client's vehicle.
