Why Concierge Orders are special?
Technically speaking, concierge orders are not much different from the normal delivery orders. However, these orders have quite a lot of important specifics.
Responsibility. The client is entrusting us with a very valuable asset - a car. Such trust requires some extra attention and care from our side. In particular, you always have to be ready to prove your identity to the customer. So, take your National ID with you. It is necessary. The customer can request it at any time.
Representing a Third Party. While performing Car Concierge order you are representing our client - an insurance company or an auto dealer. Accordingly, such orders require extra attention to the drivers appearance and attitude (this does not mean of course that standard orders do not require it).

Driving Another Person's Car. While it may be entertaining to test another car on the road, you have always to remember that this car not yours. So, you have to driver very carefully, always respecting the traffic rules and be extremely prudent with the driving speed. It does without saying that smoking in the clients car, going though the items left in the car or leaving any traces (like trash) in the salon is strictly forbidden.
Complex procedures. Since the valuable asset (vehicle) is entrusted to different parties (from client -> to the driver and -> then to the manager at the garage), it is very important to make the responsibilities for possible damages clear.
