Multi-stop is a new feature available to e-commerce and merchant partners of Bongéni. It allows the customer to group several stops (pick-ups and drop-offs) in one delivery order thus reducing the delivery rate. Typical use of this feature for business includes:

delivery to final clients from the warehouse: one pick-up => several drop-offs;
returns from final clients to the store (for example for replacement of damaged goods): many pick-ups => one drop-off;
order assembly and delivery: when orders have to be collected from several merchants to be finally delivered to the client.
